one of my favorite things we did in tucson this time is hiking a little ways up madeira canyon (close to my parent's house) with all of the kiddos, mimi, and karen and kyle. the girls weren't super enthusiastic, but sunny absolutlely loved it. he spent all of his time looking for tracks and "scat" (if you don't know what that is, i suggest you look it up for a laugh ;). he even made kyle take a picture of some scat he found for identification purposes! it made me think that as he gets older i would love to do things like that with him (and them) more often...

Fun! I can't wait to do that kind of stuff with my kids. Especially in the Pacific Northwest!
