sailor has been singing to herself a lot recently. often if she catches me listening she will stop, so i try to be covert. today at lunch she was singing to her two little people she had brought with her to the table. (generally the rule is no toys at the table, but we were pretty relaxed at lunch today). she sings soft little words under her breath to a made up tune.
in the middle of the meal, sunny, hearing her sing, got up and started ballet dancing around the room to the music.
it was so funny and cute i couldn't bear to stop them. what great free entertainment! :)
